1. 처리하는 정보 · Information we process

TheDayLabs 경쟁사 분석(이하 "서비스")은 병원이 인터넷에 공개한 시술 가격·이벤트 정보와 공공데이터, 그리고 Google Ads API로 받은 키워드별 검색량 통계를 처리합니다. 검색량은 개인을 식별할 수 없는 집계 통계입니다.

The service processes publicly listed clinic prices and promotions, public open data, and aggregated keyword search volume statistics obtained through the Google Ads API. Search volume data is aggregated and does not identify individuals.

2. Google 사용자 데이터 · Google user data

서비스는 운영사 소유의 Google 계정에 OAuth 또는 서비스 계정으로 접근하며, 요청 권한은 Google Ads API(https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords)에 한정됩니다. 이 권한으로 받은 데이터는 키워드 검색량 조회에만 쓰고, 광고 계정 내용 변경·광고 집행·제3자 판매·광고 목적의 재사용을 하지 않습니다. Google API에서 받은 정보의 사용은 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책(Limited Use 요건 포함)을 따릅니다.

The service accesses the operator's own Google account via OAuth or a service account, limited to the Google Ads API scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords). Data received is used only to look up keyword search volume. We do not modify ad accounts, run ads, sell data to third parties, or reuse it for advertising. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. 보관과 삭제 · Retention and deletion

검색량 통계는 월별 추이 비교를 위해 서비스 데이터베이스에 보관하며, 요청 시 또는 서비스 종료 시 삭제합니다. 인증 정보(토큰·키)는 서버의 접근 제한 저장소에만 보관합니다.

Search volume statistics are stored in the service database for month-over-month comparison and deleted upon request or when the service ends. Credentials (tokens, keys) are kept only in access-restricted storage on our servers.

4. 제3자 제공 · Sharing

법령에 따른 경우를 제외하고 처리 정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다.

We do not sell or share processed information with third parties except as required by law.
